Each item posted or couriered IS insured and it is the responsibility of the carrier to reimburse the customer if an item is lost or damaged. However, The Wetsuit Store will assist the customer as much as possible in the unlikely event a claim is required.  If a signature is required, any goods MUST be inspected before signing, or signed for UNSEEN, otherwise the insurance on the item becomes void.

Any watersport can be dangerous and The Wetsuit Store does not accept any responsibility for injury to yourself or to others. Any item purchased from The Wetsuit Store is used at your own risk.

We make every effort to provide the best products and service available, however, like any store if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason then you can return it to us.

Just follow the easy steps below to return the goods:

  • You must notify us within 7 days if you wish to return items and then return them within 14 days of delivery.

  • You will need a returns number. Please call 01736 754114 or e-mail us at thewetsuitsore@europe.com stating why you wish to return the goods with your invoice number.

  • The return number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package. No package will be accepted returned without this number visible. We cannot accept any returned items without prior authorization.

  • All items must be returned with their original tags and packaging in place, unworn and undamaged.

  • All returns are the responsibility of the customer and we recommend you send them back using traceable means e.g. Recorded Delivery.

If you wish to exchange an item(s) you have to cover the cost of the return postage but there will be no subsequent postal charge for the replacement item(s). If you are returning an item to us for a refund you must cover the cost of postage back to us. If you have received an item that is faulty, or has been sent by us incorrectly we will refund the cost of any postage due. Please note that all sale items have a limited 30 day warranty. You will be responsible for the item(s) until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery.
